A project of thoughtful restoration of the Moscow Art Nouveau monument and new 7-story construction with underground parking.
The Bykov Club House style is an example of intelligent restraint and architectural harmony. For a beautiful, in every sense, life in the Club House offers 36 luxury apartments (a total of 12 apartments in each building). The Bykov Club House takes on a new look in vibrant Moscow, while retaining its unique historical aura.

The customer provided us only the PDFs with all the plans of the project. There was no digital version of the plans, so we had to create the model from scratch.

A monumental residential complex located in elite district of Moscow, Russia
The architecture of the complex is made in the style of the Stalinist Empire. The whole complex is a single architectural ensemble. Tall windows, massive piers, constructivism and neoclassical elements give the Rublevo Residence an irresistible, powerful look. Meanwhile, the complex will be equipped with the most modern engineering systems, and the decoration of common areas (such as the lobby, elevator halls and staircases) will be performed in neoclassicism style.

3D modeling of the Riverdale Apartments complex 3D Visualization of the exteriors and interiors (including apartments) Modeling the actual environment of Moscow river promenade Visualization of the public places - lobbies, corridors, elevator halls, etc.
An elegant complex of loft apartments with stunning views of Moscow, located in a convenient area, near the Moscow River.
The complex is designed in a restrained loft style and looks very advantageous against the background of the green massif and the river. The vast inner area in combination with high ceilings and panoramic glazing gives the apartments the effect of space and air. Some of the apartments are split-level, some apartments have private terraces and a winter garden.
