Acrobatics Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Appsolute LLC (“Appsolute,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with Acrobatics. It applies to all versions of Acrobatics that we publish for Android, iOS, iPadOS, and any other current or future operating system or distribution platform. Current application identifiers include com.appsolutegroup.acrobatics on Android and com.beautifulcodefactory.acrobatics on Apple platforms.

Information stored on your device

Acrobatics may store settings such as your selected language, text size, playback speed, sound preference, and list of favorite movements. These settings are used only to remember your choices and provide the app’s features. Appsolute does not receive them from the app.

Your operating system may include these settings in a device backup or transfer them to a new device if you have enabled the platform’s backup or migration features. Those services are controlled by your operating-system or device provider, and Appsolute cannot access your personal device backup.

Network requests and technical information

The instructional content included with Acrobatics can be used offline. Some platform versions may periodically request a small public configuration file from an Appsolute website to refresh the About Us section, the list of our published apps, or other informational content. Other versions do not make this request.

Like any ordinary web request, this connection necessarily makes limited technical information available to the website and its hosting infrastructure, which may include the device’s IP address, the date and time of the request, the requested URL, and basic HTTP or network information. This information is used only to deliver the requested content, maintain security, prevent abuse, and diagnose technical problems. We do not use it to identify individual users, build user profiles, advertise, or track activity across apps or websites. Appsolute does not create an app-usage history from these requests. Any operational security logs are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.

Information you choose to send us

If you select Email Us, Contact Us, or a similar option, the app opens your chosen email application. If you decide to send a message, we receive the email address, message content, and any other information you choose to include. We use that information only to respond, provide support, protect our rights, or comply with applicable law. Support correspondence is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.

External links and platform services

Acrobatics may open an external browser, email application, app-store page, or another application when you request it. Those third-party applications, websites, store operators, device manufacturers, and operating-system providers process information under their own privacy policies. They may independently process information relating to downloads, purchases, subscriptions, device backups, diagnostics, or use of their services. Appsolute may receive aggregated store, sales, or diagnostic reports supplied by a distribution platform, but the app does not use those reports to track you across apps or websites.

Device permissions and sensitive data

Acrobatics does not require access to sensitive device information such as precise or approximate location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, health information, or an advertising identifier. The app does not use biometric information and does not request permission for advertising tracking.

Sharing of information

We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not share personal information for targeted or behavioral advertising. Limited technical information involved in delivering a web request may be processed by service providers that host or secure our website. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce legal rights, protect users, or maintain the security of the app and our services. Service providers may process information only for the services they provide and are expected to protect it appropriately.

Children’s privacy

Acrobatics is a general-audience educational app. It does not knowingly collect personal information from children or from any other users through the app. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us in a support message, contact us so that we can review and delete it where appropriate.

Data retention and deletion

Local preferences remain on your device until you change them, clear the app’s storage, or uninstall the app, subject to any backup or migration settings controlled by your platform provider. Acrobatics does not create an Appsolute user account, so there is no separate account-deletion procedure.

If you have contacted us directly, you may request deletion of your correspondence and associated personal information, subject to information we must retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or recordkeeping obligations.

Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information that we hold about you, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may:

• change app preferences within the app;
• delete local app data through your device settings or by uninstalling the app;
• control device backup and platform privacy settings through your operating-system provider; and
• contact us about personal information you previously sent to us.

We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it for automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

Security and international processing

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the limited information described in this policy. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. If you contact us or request online content, information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate, subject to applicable legal safeguards.
